რუსთავის ცემენტის ქარხნის ხელმძღვანელს თანამშრომლის ფიზიკურ შეურაცხყოფაში ადანაშაულებენ 

17 დეკემბერს რუსთავის „ჰაიდელბერგ ცემენტის“ ქარხანაში საპროტესტო აქცია გაიმართა. ქარხნის ავტოსატრანსპორტო საამქროს მუშები დირექტორის შეცვლას ითხოვენ. მათი თქმით, ორი კვირის წინ საწარმოს ხელმძღვანელმა, მამუკა სულაძე ერთ-ერთ მუშას ფიზიკური შეურაცხყოფა მიაყენა. 

„საწარმოს მენეჯერმა თავის კაბინეტში დაგვიბარა. დაახლოებით რვა კაცი ვყავით. გაბრაზებული იყო. გვაბრალებდა, თითქოს რაღაც მოვიპარეთ. მე პირადად მეუბნებოდა, რომ ვიქურდე და წილს საამქროს ხელმძღვანელს ვაძლევდი. ამაზე ვპასუხობდი, რომ ეს სიცრუე იყო. შემდეგ ლანძღვა დამიწყო. გამოსვლისას კი კართან დამეწია და წიხლი ამომარტყა. კაბინეტიდან გასვლის შემდეგაც გამომეკიდა და მაგინებდა“, - ამბობს ქარხნის თანამშრომელი, თემურ ხატიაშვილი. 

ხატიაშვილის სიტყვებს გვიდასტურებს ავტოსატრანსპორტო საამქროს ხელმძღვანელი ვანო შარიქაძე: „მე იმ დროს კაბინეტში თემურთან ერთად ვიყავი. მას რაღაც ნედლეულის მოპარვას აბრალებდნენ, თან ჩემზე ეუბნებოდნენ, რომ თითქოსდა მე მომცა წილი. კამათისას დირექტორი, მამუკა სულაძე ძალიან გაბრაზდა. კაბინეტიდან გასვლისას თემურს პანღური ამოარტყა. შემდეგ, როგორც ვიცი, გარეთაც ერთხელ ამოარტყა, მობრუნებულს კი ჩვენ მოგვაყენა სიტყვიერი შეურაცხყოფა. ეს ფაქტი დღემდე იმიტომ არ გახმაურდა, რომ ჩვენ თავდაპირველად სათაო ოფისს გავაგებინეთ. ახლა კი თუ არ იქნება რეაგირება, მეპატრონეებსაც მივწერთ გერმანიაში. მაინტერესებს, ასეთი მოპყრობა მიღებულია გერმანიაში?! ვითხოვთ, შეიცვალოს ეს დირექტორი და მუშებს პატივისცემით მოეპყრან“.

აღნიშნული საამქროს თანმშრომლები რუსთავის მაჟორიტარ დეპუტატთან გეგმავენ შეხვედრას. თავად ქარხნის  მენეჯერი, მამუკა სულაძე კი უარყოფს თანამშრომლის ფიზიკური შეურაცხყოფის ფაქტს.

„მე მისთვის ფიზიკური შეურაცხყოფა არ მიმიყენებია. გვქონდა ხმამაღალი ლაპარაკი, მაგრამ შეურაცხმყოფელი არაფერი მითქვამს. ეს აქციები კი იმას უკავშირდება, რომ ქარხანაში გამკაცრდა დიზელის საწვავის ხარჯვა. დაწესდა ამ საკითხზე სერიოზული კონტროლი. მანამდე ადგილი ჰქონდა ღამის საათებში ლოკომოტივის ოპერატორისა და სხვა პირების მიერ დიზელის საწვავის ქურდობას, რაზეც როგორც ვიცი, ეს პირები დაიჭირეს. ამის შემდეგ ჩვენმა სათაო ოფისმა გადაწყვიტა, სამსახურდან გაეშვა საწარმოს რკინიგზის საამქროს ხელმძღვანელი. სწორედ მის განთავისუფლებას მოყვა ეს აქციები და პროტესტი“, - ამბობს სულაძე. 

მისი თქმით, გადადგომას არ აპირებს, რადგან საწარმოში  535 ადამიანი მუშაობს. აქედან მის გადაყენებას მხოლო 20 კაცი ითხოვს.  

რუსთავის ცემენტის ქარხნის თანამშრომლები საკითხზე რეაგირებას „ჰაიდელბერგცემენტის“ გერმანიის სათაო ოფისისგან ელიან. მათი თქმით, სულაძე თავდაპირველად მხოლოდ სიტყვიერ შეურაცხყოფას აყენებდა, ახლა კი ფიზიკურზეც გადავიდა - რის მოთმენასაც ისინი არ აპირებენ. 

Director of Rustavi Cement Factory is blamed in physical assault of an employee

On December 17, protest assembly was held in the factory of Heidelberg Cement. Workers of the auto-transport workshop requested to change their director. They said, two weeks ago, acting director Mamuka Suladze had physically assaulted a worker two weeks before.

“Enterprise manager called us to his working room. About eight people met him. He was angry and accused us of thievery. He personally blamed me of stealing something in the factory and had shared the benefit with the head of the workshop. I told him it was not true. Then he started insulting me and leaving the room, he caught me at the door and kicked me out. He chased me outside his room and continued cursing me,” said worker Temur Khatiashvili.

Head of auto-transport workshop Vano Sharikadze confirmed Khatiashvili’s allegation. “I was in the room at that moment. Temuri was blamed in stealing some raw materials and sharing the profit with me. During the argument director Mamuka Suladze got very angry and he kicked Temur Khatiashvili when leaving the room. As I learned, he kicked Temuri in the corridor too. The director insulted us after he returned to the room. This incident was not made public because initially we applied to the head office but unless they respond to us, we will petition to the company owners in Germany. I wonder whether employees are treated in this way in Germany or not. We demand to change the director and to treat workers with more respect.”

Employees of the aforementioned workshop intend meeting with the Rustavi majoritarian MP. Mamuka Suladze denies information about physical assault of the worker. 

“I did not assault him. We had an argument but I did not insult him at all. Their assemblies are connected with restricted supervision on the use of fuel. We seriously control this issue. Before that, operators of locomotive and other people frequently stole diesel at night and as far as I know the thefts were arrested. Afterwards, the head office decided to fire head of railway workshop of the enterprise. Those assemblies and protest demonstrations followed his dismissal,” Suladze said.

He added that he is not going to resign because 535 people work in the enterprise and only 20 of them request his resignation.

Employees of the Rustavi Cement Factory expect reaction from the German head office of the Heidelberg Cement. They said initially Suladze was insulting them and now he started to physically abuse him – they are not going to put up with it.
